I'm also responsible for Technology & Operations at Tank Insurance, driving the use of technology and AI to improve how the business operates, make the team more efficient and create a better client experience.

I do all this and more through Nervux, a technology and AI consulting practice I run, finding where tech creates real leverage for businesses, then building it.
